Herold Continuous Kneader

The principle of the Herold continuous operation multi-chamber kneading machine was already designed and patented in 1991. Ordinary continuous kneader have a monolithic design. A marginal change in the recipe can cause a large problem for those units. Our continuous kneader comes instead with a modular principle with over 25 years of experience on the market.

Each chamber is powered by a frequency controlled gearmotor. A sophisticated microprocessor controls each process parameter and gives the user the required flexibility for the future. Chambers can be heated or cooled separately.
We also have hygienic certified designs (EHEDG) and ATEX conform models.

The gentle principle of the Wendelkolben® and the crossflow achieve a high and precise smoothness. Solid additives can be mixed directly in the flow.
